A turnkey concept

We offer a tasting concept of fine wines accompanied by auctions of LISABEL works and other varied items for all wallets (from $45.00 to $20K) such as books, jewelry, kitchen accessories, original works, as well as giclées (retouched reproductions, limited editions).

Package includes: tasting, open bar, appetizers, live music, silent and live auctions (optional), for groups of 30 to 100 people max.

Suggested evening schedule: 5pm to 10pm.

Your responsibilities

  • Ticket sales to your members
  • Between 30 and 100 guests
  • Collection of sales during the evening and tickets before the evening
  • Issuing tax receipts to members as required
  • Presentation of the amount raised at the end of the evening
  • Staff for billing and organizing the evening event

  • Event preparation, sales items
  • Wine or spirit tasting and all related costs
  • Bites, plates of pâtés and cheeses, and others
